Koroid Agency LLC is registered in Florida, United States. This policy covers koroid.agency and enquiries about our services for international clients. Contact us about privacy or your rights at contact@koroid.agency. Separate client projects may require additional notices or agreements.

Information you provide

The contact form collects your selected service, email address and message. It also sends the page language, an anti-spam field and a request identifier. These fields support handling and protecting the submission; the identifier is not a persistent visitor ID. We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details or attachments in this form. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Direct email may include your sender details, message and attachments. WhatsApp may disclose your phone number, profile and message to us according to the service and your settings.

Technical information and storage

Serving the website involves processing connection and request information such as IP addresses. The contact endpoint uses a connection address to limit repeated requests. The application sets no cookies and contains no visitor analytics, advertising trackers or third-party media embeds. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website. Hosting infrastructure may process operational and security records.

Browser preferences and drafts

Local storage koroid-v2-art-theme remembers your selected light/dark theme until overwritten or cleared; the application sets no expiry. Session storage koroid-locale-state carries the slide and process/values panel across a language change and is removed when read on the next page load; otherwise the browser session lifecycle applies. These preferences are not uploaded by the application. Unsent form text is held in the open page's memory, not application local/session storage. Closing the dialog may retain it; navigation or reload normally clears it. Browser autofill and restoration are controlled by your browser. You can clear site storage in browser settings.

Purposes and legal bases

We use enquiries to respond, discuss services and manage the resulting correspondence, and technical information to operate and protect the site. Where applicable, steps toward a contract with you at your request rely on that purpose; general business communications and proportionate security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Applicable legal duties provide a basis for required processing. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. The application does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and visiting the site is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Recipients and external services

Authorised people handling enquiries for Koroid Agency LLC can access the relevant information. Hosting and mailbox providers process information necessary for their services. Resend is our selected transactional email provider: form delivery sends it your service, reply email, page language, message and request identifier. The application does not include your connection IP or anti-spam field in that email payload. WhatsApp opens as an external link with our business number and a generic greeting; your form text is not copied into it. An email link opens your mail application and you decide whether to send. These services also process information under their own terms. Necessary disclosures may be made to authorities or advisers for a legal obligation or specific legal matter.

International processing

We are registered in the United States and serve international clients. Hosting, email and communication services may involve processing across borders. Processing locations and any required transfer protections depend on the actual service arrangements. Retention

Our policy is to retain closed enquiries that do not become projects for 12 months after the last substantive contact, and ordinary access, error and security logs for 30 days. Correspondence relating to client projects follows a separate project/legal retention policy; the 12-month enquiry period does not automatically apply. For transactional email data, we use the minimum necessary available retention where configurable, without promising an unverified provider period. We do not promise deletion from provider backups within a particular period. Specific legal duties, disputes or security incidents may require preservation of relevant records for longer. Browser-storage durations are described above. You may request deletion subject to applicable rights and obligations.

Your rights, security and changes

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or complain to a competent authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact contact@koroid.agency; proportionate identity verification may be needed. Mandatory rights and lawful exceptions remain applicable. The form includes validation, request limits and duplicate-request protection, but no internet system is guaranteed secure. We may update this policy when processing changes and provide notice where required by law.
