Enquiries and project agreements

Sending an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not create a services contract, guarantee project acceptance or set a response or delivery deadline. Scope, fees, payment, confidentiality, deliverables and intellectual-property rights are agreed separately. Website descriptions are general information, not binding quotations or guarantees of particular results. These terms do not amend a separate client agreement.

Permitted use

Use the website and contact features lawfully. Do not submit unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others, distribute malware, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access. Only submit another person's personal information where you have an appropriate basis.

Website materials

Logos, artwork, text, code and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing this site does not transfer ownership or permit branding that implies endorsement. You may link to public pages without misrepresenting your relationship with us. Further use requires permission or another lawful basis; uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Your messages

You retain rights in your messages; sending them allows us to review and respond, not to take ownership of your ideas. A form success message means the email-delivery service accepted the request; it does not guarantee delivery or reading. If needed, contact contact@koroid.agency directly. We do not control external services' operation or availability.

Availability, liability and privacy

The website may change, contain errors or be unavailable. Confirm information material to a project directly with us. No particular availability is promised. Liability is governed by applicable law and relevant separate agreements; nothing here excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
